What Does this uterine Ultrasound Scan Result Mean?
Hi Doctor, I am 11 weeks 3 days pregnant, I have done scan yesterday and result is placenta was anterior wall and Grade 0-1 maturity seen. Lower end of the placenta is extending upto the os but partially covering it. Cord insertion was normal. Please advise.

Your ultrasound findings suggests partial placenta previa.It is evident by partial covering of internal os.
Since you have early pregnancy,there are high chances of placental migration.
In majority of the cases,placenta migrate with development of fetus.
You may need follow up ultrasound for further development.
You should avoid strenuous activity and take proper rest.
Other findings are normal.
